1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of www.converge-hybrid.com (the "Site"). The Site is owned by Convergent Systems, S.L., trading as Converge Hybrid ("Converge Hybrid", "we", "us"), NIF B27530864, with its registered office at Calle Roser 46, 3º 1ª, 08004 Barcelona, Spain. Full company details are in our Legal Notice. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the public website only. Use of the Converge Hybrid software platform and our consulting services is governed by the separate agreement or licence we sign with each customer.

2. Using the Site

  • The Site is free to access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

  • You agree to use the Site lawfully, in good faith and in line with these terms. You must not introduce viruses or malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use the Site to harm us or third parties.

  • You are responsible for any information you send us through the Site, and it must be accurate.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Site and its content belong to Convergent Systems, S.L. or its licensors. This includes text, graphics, logos, case studies, software screenshots, source code, design and the Converge Hybrid name and brand. These rights are protected by Spanish law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 on Intellectual Property and Law 17/2001 on Trade Marks) and by EU and international law.

You may view the Site and print pages for your own internal reference. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform or commercially use any content without our prior written permission. You must not remove any copyright or other notices.

4. No reliance on information

Content on the Site is for general information only. This includes use cases, news and insights, and descriptions of project results. It is not engineering, financial, investment or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a project-specific assessment. We aim to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that its content is complete, accurate or current.

5. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. This includes interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Site, viruses or other harmful elements, and decisions made on the basis of its content. In particular, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

6. Links to other sites

Where the Site links to third-party sites, such as LinkedIn, those links are for your information only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them, in line with Article 17 of the LSSI-CE. If we become aware that a linked site contains unlawful content, we will remove the link.

7. Linking to our Site

You may link to our home page if you do so fairly and lawfully, and do not suggest any association, approval or endorsement from us that does not exist. We may withdraw this permission at any time.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The version published when you use the Site applies.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site goes to the courts of Barcelona, Spain. If you are a consumer, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law gives you that right.
