Holding dual engineering master’s degrees, he now channels his expertise into digital transformation, operational strategy and using AI, data analytics and digital twins to solve critical challenges in the energy transition.

Holding a PhD in Physics, he brings deep technical expertise and a strong focus on AI and digital transformation.
Emmet Clarke

Over 20 years in capital markets technology, Emmet has led a global organisation of 500+ engineers running a mission-critical platform for the world’s largest banks. A specialist in engineering transformation, he builds platforms that are secure, resilient and ready to scale, and applies AI where it adds real value.

A career of more than 40 years in global energy, including three decades at GE Energy, has made Adrian a specialist in taking new technologies to market.
He is Chief Marketing Officer at Gazelle Wind Power, commercialising floating offshore wind, and advises energy start-ups through Stratergy.
Guido Schumacher
Renewables. Management. Technology.
Guido’s 26 years in sales, commercial operations and business leadership span wind turbine contracts in more than 30 countries and over $16B of closed transactions. A former Managing Director of GE Wind Energy, he is now Chief Technology Officer at CWP Global.
Stephan Zerling
Renewables. Procurement. Execution.
Stephan brings 18+ years in renewable energy and green hydrogen, leading international tendering, commercial and technical teams on capital-intensive projects from feasibility to FID. Holding master’s degrees in electrical engineering and management, he specialises in negotiation, EPC contracting and project risk.
