4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
Service providers who process data on our behalf, including Squarespace (website hosting and forms), [EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Google Workspace / Microsoft 365], and [CRM / MAILING TOOL, if any].

All processors act under data processing agreements (GDPR Art. 28) and only on our instructions.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers, including Squarespace, store or process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified US companies, or on the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art. 46). You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that don't lead to a relationship: up to 24 months after our last contact.
Customer and contract records: for the duration of the relationship. After that, we keep them blocked for as long as legal claims or obligations may arise: 6 years for accounting records (Spanish Commercial Code, Art. 30) and 4 years for tax purposes (General Tax Law). Blocking follows LOPDGDD Art. 32.
Marketing contacts: until you withdraw consent or object. After that we keep a suppression record so we don't contact you again.
Analytics data: as set out in our Cookie Policy.

Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD you have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you;
rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;

object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
data portability;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any right, email contact@converge-hybrid.com or write to the registered office above with "Data Protection" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
